3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase an IPTV subscription from IPTV Amazing. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account & Login Credentials

Upon purchase, you will receive login credentials (username, password, and server URL or M3U link) via WhatsApp or email. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your IPTV subscription credentials with unauthorized users. IPTV Amazing reserves the right to terminate subscriptions found to be shared across multiple simultaneous unauthorized connections.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices for IPTV subscription plans are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full before the subscription is activated. No subscription will be provided without confirmed payment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but will not affect active subscriptions already paid for.

6. Refund Policy

IPTV Amazing offers a 24-hour money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 24 hours of activation, you may request a full refund by contacting us via WhatsApp at +212787264693. Refund requests after 24 hours will not be accepted. We strongly recommend trying our $2 / 24-hour trial before committing to a longer subscription.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the IPTV subscription service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not: (a) resell or redistribute our service to third parties; (b) use the service for any illegal purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our server infrastructure; (d) use our service in a way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.

8. Service Availability

IPTV Amazing strives to maintain 99% uptime across all channels and servers. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance, server upgrades, or force majeure events may temporarily affect access. We will notify customers of planned maintenance via WhatsApp where possible.

9. Content & Channels

The channels and content available through the IPTV subscription may vary based on licensing arrangements, technical availability, and geographic location. IPTV Amazing reserves the right to add, modify, or remove channels without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with IPTV Amazing are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content accessed through the IPTV subscription without authorization.
